Technical Manager - Esports

Responsibilities

• Oversee the designing and deploying of technical infrastructure for offline esports events
• Set up, configure, and maintain all on-site broadcast systems, including video/audio routing, encoders, cameras, intercoms, and network connectivity
• Coordinate with production, stage, lighting, IT/network, electrical, and venue operations teams to integrate and optimize technical setups
• Monitor technical systems in real-time during events, troubleshooting and resolving issues to maintain uninterrupted broadcast operations
• Manage redundancies, backup systems, and failover workflows for all broadcast infrastructure
• Document technical setups, network diagrams, incident reports, and recommendations to improve
