Kenna Recruitment is working with a well-established London-based residential developer delivering high-rise new-build schemes across East London . Due to a strong development pipeline, they are seeking an experienced Technical Manager to take responsibility for the technical delivery of RC frame residential projects from pre-construction through to completion.

This role requires strong UK Building Regulations knowledge , proven design management experience , and a background delivering high-rise residential developments in the UK.
