Technical Manager

We are seeking a high-level, experienced Technical Manager / Senior Technician to join our Gauteng branch. This role is ideal for someone who is strong technically, confident in project planning, and able to support and develop a national service team.

This role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and within a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership & Support

• Provide high-level technical support for UPS, inverter, battery, and electrical backup systems.
• Assist the service team with complex fault-finding, commissioning, and on-site diagnostics.
• Offer remote support and guidance to technicians when issues arise at client sites.

Project & Scope Planning

• Work closely with sales teams to validate technical requirements and ensure correct equipment specification.
