Technical Manager

• Oversee the maintenance, repair, and smooth operation of all mechanical rides and attractions.
• Ensure all equipment meets safety standards, regulatory compliance, and operational benchmarks.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the technical and mechanical team effectively.
• Plan, schedule, and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs..
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical issues and implement efficient, long-term solutions.
• Supervise maintenance of hydraulic systems, pneumatic system gearbox, motors drives, and assemblies
• Ensure proper alignment, lubrication, calibration, and overhaul of mechanical components.
• Coordinate with management to optimize ride performance, reliability, and uptime.
• Maintain accurate documentation of inspections, maintenance activities, breakdowns, and incident reports.
