Key Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy Engineering.
• Experience in solar PV projects and team management.
• Knowledge of PV design, installation, and electrical standards.
• Strong communication, leadership, and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee solar PV project design, installation, and commissioning.
• Conduct site assessments and review system layouts and technical drawings.
• Manage installation teams and ensure quality, safety, and schedule compliance.
• Coordinate with Sales using Big Seller to track leads, quotations, and client requirements.
• Provide technical support to Sales, Procurement, and After-Sales teams.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, utility standards, and safety regulations.
