Technical Manager

Job Summary

The Technical Manager is responsible for overseeing the technical planning, design, implementation, and performance of solar PV projects. This role ensures that all projects comply with industry standards, local regulations, and company quality requirements while supporting project execution, operations, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the technical aspects of solar PV projects from feasibility to commissioning
• Review and approve system designs, engineering drawings, and technical specifications
• Ensure compliance with local electrical codes, utility requirements, and safety standards
• Coordinate with EPC contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams
• Conduct site assessments, technical due diligence, and system performance evaluations
• Prepare and review technical documentation, reports, and project handover materials
