Job Overview A global Fire + Security manufacturer is looking for a proven, experienced TECHNICAL SUPPORT MANAGER for the Nordics region. 
Responsibilities Manage a team of 9 Technical Support Engineers spread across the region. 
Work effectively with Nordics Sales and Customer Service departments. 
Lead, coach, and develop the technical support team, driving high productivity. 
Ensure and maintain the best technical support processes and skills. 
Qualifications Strong industry experience in Electronic Security (CCTV, Access & Intrusion Control, Fire Detection, etc.) or related field.
