Technical Manager OSP

The Technical Manager (OSP) is responsible for overseeing all technical and fiber optic cable splicing aspects of the company's internet and cable services. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, driving strategic projects, and ensuring seamless service delivery to customers. The ideal candidate will lead and support a technical team while working closely with senior management to achieve business goals, particularly in areas of service quality, network expansion, and technical innovation.

Qualifications:
 Graduate of Electrical, Engineering or any related course.
 At least 5 years of working experience
 Good interpersonal skill, work ethics, hardworking, and team player
 Good decision making, analytical and problem-solving abilities
 Strong knowledge of the technology industry and technical aptitude
 CAD literate
 Has experience in Fiber Optics installation
 Required Skill(s): Safety Driving with a valid Driver's License
