Technical Manager

We are looking for a Technical Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a residential property, ensuring safety, efficiency, compliance, and excellent customer experience while maintaining and enhancing property value.

Key Responsibilities

1. To provide and offer support services to operations through project management and other customized engineering services

2. Prepares the budget for repairs and maintenance

3. Ensures compliance with all government requirements

4. Assists the General Manager, Property Manager and Engineering Manager in all technical aspects of the building

5. Contribute in business development and secure Project Management services for the group

6. Lead energy management and conservation initiatives

7. Prepare and monitor operating and capital expenditure budgets

8. Support start-up properties and infrastructure turnover, when applicable
