Technical Manager (Renewables) - T&t and Pull-in

We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Manager to join our Renewable Energy team on a permanent staff basis, located in either of our Aberdeen, Haugesund or Oslo office. This role involves working on development of internal assets, studies, tenders and projects in the Offshore Energy market.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform engineering tasks according to the Engineering Procedure and in a safe and accurately manner;
Manage and participate in the delivery of commercially and technically optimized solutions that are aligned with the client and Company expectations and are fit for purpose;
Take ownership of planning and execution of marine operations;
Organize the project team to accomplish the mobilization and plan effective offshore operation;
Responsible for clients receiving sufficient documentation and updates on progress, within the given deadlines;
Seek to improve procedures and project documentation;
