Technical Manager

Job Responsibilities:
Fully responsible for the daily operation and management of the Engineering Department, formulating departmental annual goals and work plans, and coordinating personnel allocation and performance appraisal;
Lead the improvement of yield and production efficiency for the optical device and optical module packaging process platform, and establish standardized process flows and documentation systems;
Lead and organize cross-functional teams including R&D, process, testing, production, and quality to analyze and resolve key technical issues in production;
Analyze key mass production indicators such as first-pass yield and OEE, develop improvement plans and drive implementation, continuously improving production efficiency and product quality;
Responsible for engineering team talent development and succession planning, enhancing the team's professional skills and execution capability;
