Job Description
- Lead and manage the technical team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective delivery of project requirements.
- Coordinate structural, architectural finishes, and M&E works with project consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Review, comment on, and submit shop drawings, RFIs, and technical documents in accordance with consultants’ design drawings, specifications, and the baseline programme.
- Ensure timely submission and approval of shop drawings and technical documentation, monitoring progress and highlighting delays with clear justification.
- Provide technical support to the construction team, addressing site-related technical issues and ensuring alignment with design intent.
- Carry out design coordination with consultants and subcontractors to facilitate accurate shop drawing preparation.
