Technical Manager

Main Duties and Responsibilities
. Oversee the designing and deploying of technical infrastructure for offline esports events
· Set up, configure, and maintain all on-site broadcast systems, including video/audio routing, encoders,
cameras, intercoms, and network connectivity
· Coordinate with production, stage, lighting, IT/network, electrical, and venue operations teams to
integrate and optimize technical setups
o Monitor technical systems in real-time during events, troubleshooting and resolving issues to maintain
uninterrupted broadcast operations
· Manage redundancies, backup systems, and failover workflows for all broadcast infrastructure
o Document technical setups, network diagrams, incident reports, and recommendations to improve
future event infrastructure
Qualifications
o At least College Level or equivalent experience
At least 5 years of experience in live production support, broadcast operations, or technical event roles
