Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for tender review, analysis, and management submittals including but not limited to interpretation of client requirements & proposal of the best solution, conceptual & detailed process design, process, and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), civil and equipment layout drawings, power and chemical requirements, procurement, full cost estimation, life cycle cost analysis, and other submittal documentation as required.
Evaluate tender/proposal content requirements, assess feasibility, and manage deliverables.
Direct and manage a local team and company-wide subject experts to develop comprehensive, winning solutions, designs, and bids for multinational water companies & EPCs.
Develop and implement training for team members to ensure continuous skill enhancement and knowledge sharing.
Liaise with client/end-user at all stages to ensure a successful outcome.
