Key Responsibilities:
Manage the technical teams responsible for supporting service delivery (e.g., IT, engineering, or development teams).
Ensure the technical infrastructure and systems meet the requirements for service delivery. 3. Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of technical solutions.
Collaborate with the SDM, SDL, and SM to resolve technical issues impacting service delivery.
5.Drive technical innovation and improvements to enhance service performance.
Manage technical budgets, resources, and vendor relationships.
Ensure compliance with technical standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements. 8. Provide technical guidance and support to the service delivery teams.
