Job Description

We are the international construction company delivering the renovation of one of Europe’s most significant sports infrastructure projects.  
We are currently seeking a Technical Office Lead – MEP   to join our team and lead the technical and commercial management of MEP works within this landmark project.  

 
Key Responsibilities    
Lead the MEP Technical Office activities on site.  
Coordinate closely with the Design and Procurement departments.  
Prepare budgets and carry out cost comparisons for different MEP packages.  
Monitor, review, and report daily site progress.  
Review subcontractors’ interim
