Technical Officer - Defects Checker, Entry Lvl (UP 3000 + Bonus, 1 Year, West)

Job Details:
• Location: West
• Salary: $2500 to $3000 Basic + 1 Month Completion Bonus
• Duration: Immediate - 1 Year
• Working hours: Mon to Fri 8am to 530pm, Saturday (May be required to OT if activated)

Job Scope:
• Supervise contractor works
• Attend to joint inspections with various stakeholders such as residents, contractors, IDs etc
• Submit request for approvals after attending to joint inspections
• Administer contractor works order, completion certificate etc.

Requirements:
• Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical from a recognized Polytechnics in Singapore
• Willing to be rostered to work at night and Saturday (OT)
