Technical Officer

Your Role
- Perform 4G and 5G radio network optimization and prepare optimization plan
- Conduct network coverage and throughput tests
- Coordinate and liaison with various internal and external parties such as field test contractor, vendors, suppliers and various teams.
- Provide service and valuable support to complaint team, customer service team, planning team, site rollout team

To Succeed in the Role
- Higher Diploma or above in Engineering, Telecommunications or related disciplines
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Knowledge of mobile network and site deployment processes is an advantage
- Good command of reading, written & spoken in English
