TECHNICAL OFFICER- CONSTRUCTION OVERSEER AND FARM OPERATIONS

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

Livestock Health & Records:

● Monitor and log daily health for cattle, goats, horses, and deer.

● Maintain accurate livestock registry (births, deaths, movements).

● Administer/coordinate treatments and keep treatment logs.

Biosecurity:

● Enforce site entry/exit procedures, visitor protocols, and disinfection compliance.

● Maintain gate logs, footbath schedules, and conduct spot checks.

Construction Oversight:

● Draft Scope of Work for cattle-farm construction (materials, specs, QC checkpoints,

timeline).

● Monitor progress and escalate delays; ensure punchlists are closed promptly.

Pasture & Forage:

● Plan pasture rotation, ...
