Description

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to Production, QA, and R&D teams in day-to-day plant operations.
• Prepare and maintain technical documents such as product data sheets, COAs, SOPs, process flow charts, and regulatory submissions.
• Monitor key technical KPIs (yield, defects, shelf-life results, processing parameters).
• Ensure adherence to food safety standards such as GMP, HACCP, FSSC, and other applicable certifications.
• Manual inspection and QA

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Industrial Engineering, or other related fields.
• At least 1–3 years of experience in a food manufacturing, processing, or quality assurance environment.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, Food Safety Systems (FSSC/ISO), and basic manufacturing processes.
