Job Description

This role is responsible for onboarding installers, distributors, monitoring partners, and customers onto the platform. The specialist will guide users through setup, ensure devices and dashboards are configured correctly, and resolve technical issues during onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead onboarding calls and guide partners through device installation, calibration, dashboard access, and app setup.
  • Configure installers, dealers, and monitoring stations inside Seenyor OS.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues involving Wi-Fi connectivity, firmware, mobile apps, and cloud dashboards.
  • Reproduce and document issues, collect logs, and escalate clearly to engineering when required.
  • Maintain and improve onboarding documentation, checklists, and SOPs.
  • Track onboarding progress in the CRM and ensure each partner reaches completed, working status.
  • Deliver training sessions for partners on alarm dashboards, wellness metrics...
