Technical Operations Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Review and understand machine specifications, manuals, and operating requirements from overseas suppliers.
• Inspect machines upon arrival to ensure compliance with order specifications and check for damages or missing components.
• Provide technical support during machine handling, loading/unloading, and delivery to customer sites.
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for proper storage, packaging, and transportation of machinery.
• Assist in basic setup, testing, and commissioning of machines at customer locations (if required).
• Communicate with suppliers for technical clarification, troubleshooting, or spare parts inquiries.
• Prepare technical documentation such as inspection reports, handover checklists, and delivery notes.
• Ensure all handling activities comply with safety and quality standards.
