Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all technical operations, including installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of foodservice equipment
• Lead, supervise, and develop the technical/service team (technicians, supervisors, and subcontractors)
• Plan and coordinate service schedules, preventive maintenance programs, and emergency call-outs to meet service level commitments
• Ensure all installation and service works comply with manufacturer guidelines, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
• Provide technical support to the sales team during project planning, site surveys, and solution proposals
• Manage project execution for kitchen equipment installations, including coordination with clients, contractors, and consultants
