Job Description

This is temporary position for maternity replacement Responsibilities:
Setup a project work breakdown structure (WBS) and network (for setting the costs and entering material) in SAP 
Maintenance of planning costs from calculation as well as for necessary adjustment in SAP (previous listed under primary / now real material costs coming out of the material) 
Coordinate with Controlling for closing and opening of project phases 
Manage material creation and all changes. Sending of all information and documents to DataAdmin-Team for creation of new SAP part numbers 
Creation of Foreign data sheets / Material-Import list for Mass-upload etc. 
Creation of purchase requisitions for project network in SAP
Coordinate with logistics for creation of Purchase Orders to suppliers 
Determination of packing data according to company Template (Excel format) 
Coordinate the packaging at the Suppliers (time schedule...
