Technical Plant Manager

Job Description

This position will play a critical role in reorganizing the millwork shop, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and integrating new technologies to increase efficiency and output without sacrificing craftsmanship or safety. 


Qualifications Required Experience & Education:

Bachelors degree in engineering or related field.

Associates degree in industrial, mechanical or wood working technology is also acceptable

7+ years of experience in plant or technical operations within manufacturing; woodworking or architectural millwork experience strongly preferred.

Experience with architectural woodworking production process.

Experience with equipment used to produce architectural woodworking products (CNCs, finishing systems, and building materials).

Experience in leading change management, lean manufacturing, or similar reorganization projects.
