Technical Presales acts as the technical bridge between the sales team and potential clients, ensuring that proposed solutions align with customer needs. This role involves understanding client requirements, designing tailored solutions, delivering compelling technical presentations, and supporting the sales cycle from initial engagement to closure.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Solution Design & Technical Expertise
Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and business challenges.
Design and propose customized technical solutions (e.g., software, hardware, cloud, or hybrid systems) that address client requirements.
Develop proofs of concept (PoCs), demos, and prototypes to showcase product capabilities.
Create technical proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and architecture diagrams.
2. Customer Engagement
Conduct discovery calls, workshops, and presentations to articulate product value propositions.
