Technical Procurement Engineer

Preferably Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (licensed an advantage)
Years Of Experience
At least two (3) year experience in the same industry

QS background an advantage
Knowledge in Procurement tools and systems
Expertise in strategic procurement
Knowledge in contract management
Negotiating skills
Oral and written communication skills
Critical thinking and analytical skills
With Strong technical knowledge and understanding of construction methodology management

Duties And Responsibilities

Assist the procurement officer and or buyer to review, validate and process all requests (PRS & JORS) and purchase orders (PO) of the assigned categories/trade. Make sure that all information to source the category is well indicated.
