Job Description

Responsibilities:

Own and drive cross-functional technical programs across the Wild Rift technical organization, from scope definition and planning through execution and delivery

Drive delivery for initiatives by maintaining clear timelines, removing blockers, and keeping stakeholders informed with concise status communication

Improve live operational readiness and incident response workflows, including triage coordination, quality monitoring, post-incident follow-ups, and operational runbooks

Partner with senior TPM and team leads to align priorities and drive smooth delivery of the team's roadmap

Build and maintain dashboards, documentation, and reporting that improve visibility, predictability, and decision-making across the team

Help establish an intake and prioritization process for internal tooling requests, partner with engineering teams on execution, and track adoption and outcomes
