Technical Product Developer (Jewelry & Accessories)

The Technical Product Developer leads the transformation of creative ideas into high-quality, production-ready jewelry and accessories. This role ensures every product is technically feasible, durable, scalable, and aligned with design intent.

Acting as the bridge between Creative and Sourcing/Production teams, this role owns the technical development process, improves product quality, and helps build a more structured and scalable product system.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Ownership of Product Development

• Evaluate all designs for feasibility, durability, and manufacturability

• Identify structural risks (e.g., weak joints, stone-setting issues, clasp failures)

• Propose design improvements that preserve aesthetics while enhancing performance

• Act as the technical gatekeeper before products move to sampling
