In this role, you will play a leading part in our dynamic product team, delivering essential growth in arctic and ice-going vessel segments. In this key role, you will be leading designers, coordinating and supporting activities that drive customer satisfaction, efficient production, and employee engagement. Your responsibilities will include leading segment specific development activities, supporting internal stakeholders in technical issues.
