Technical Product Manager– DevOps & Developer Experience (DevEx)

Our client, a IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a Technical Product Manager– DevOps & Developer Experience (DevEx) for their Minneapolis, MN/Hybrid location. Responsibilities:

+ This onshore role combines Technical Product Management with DevOps Engineering Management to own the internal DevEx/SDLC toolchain and platform capabilities end to end.

+ The leader is accountable for product strategy and roadmap execution and for managing DevOps engineering resources (team leadership, capacity/allocation, delivery commitments, and operational excellence).

+ The role partners closely with Engineering, Architecture, Security/Compliance, and Operations to improve software delivery speed, safety, reliability, and developer experience.

+ Support the SDLC Product & Program Manager in shaping the DevEx/SDLC roadmap: Contribute to strategy, discovery, and sequencing for DevOps and SDLC maturity capabilities.
