Job Description

Purpose:  
This role is responsible for shaping and executing a clear product strategy and vision, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer needs. It serves as the bridge between customers and product development, translating requirements into actionable plans while supporting go-to-market activities and external engagements. By managing the product roadmap and enabling sales and marketing teams, the role drives innovation, product evolution, and successful adoption in the marketplace 
Responsibilities:  
Lead the development of 911 Call Handling Cloud Native product 
Define product requirements as per NENA 911 standards and customer requirements 
Attend customer meetings and identify feature requirements 
End-end product lifecycle management. Ensure deliverables from the development team meet the documented requirements
