Technical Product Manager, IT (Contract – Maternity Leave Coverage)

The Technical Product Manager, IT is responsible for leading the strategy, development, and delivery of API‑driven solutions that support business operations and integrations. This role works cross‑functionally with business stakeholders, developers, and vendors to ensure scalable, secure, and efficient systems. This is an 18‑month contract position beginning June1,2026 covering a maternity leave.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the specification, procurement, budgeting, and implementation of IT infrastructure for new facility builds, including the CMPC site.
• Oversee installation, validation, and testing of critical IT systems to ensure readiness and compliance.
• Manage and support core IT infrastructure, including Active Directory, Okta, Monday.com, Novatek, Absorb LMS, AWS cloud, physical servers, and Cisco network infrastructure (firewalls, switches).
