This role is for you if you want to build software hands-on and see your technical decisions shape how a global industrial company actually works. At Halton, you'll work on our business-critical systems in a stable environment where software is becoming mission-critical – with the trust and mandate to shape how product development is done long term.
Key points about the role at a glance
Compensation: 6000–7000 € / month + annual bonus up to 10% of annual salary, based primarily on company performance (approx. 60% company profitability, 20% company sales targets) and 20% on individual achievements.
