Technical Production Supervisor

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Laser Cutting Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with AutoCAD experience who is also comfortable working on the production floor to operate and maintain laser cutting equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and modify technical drawings using AutoCAD based on production needs
• Operate laser cutting machines to produce components accurately
• Set up cutting parameters and load materials onto the machine
• Perform routine checks and maintenance of the machine
• Collaborate with design and production teams for smooth operations
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of the working area

Requirements:

• Basic to intermediate AutoCAD skills
• Willing to work in a hands-on production environment
• Experience with laser cutting machines is an added advantage (training provided)
