Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Supermicro Computer is looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager with data center life cycle management skills to drive a new cloud-based product offering. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and be able to manage customer relations, driving escalations to positive outcomes.

This role will also be responsible for promoting enterprise server management software, working closely with cross functional teams on gathering training requirements, and delivering them.
Collaborate with Sr Product Managers, validate reference architectures, provide technical product SME leadership.

Communicate with customers, technical questions/concerns.
