Technical Program Manager, Global Submarine Networks Compliance

Qualification
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 2 years of experience in program or project management. Experience in the delivery of telecommunications fiber, space/power, or capacity infrastructure. Experience in compliance, information security, IT audit, or risk management. Preferred qualifications: Experience working with telecommunications carrier, data center provider, or ISP. Experience developing and managing tools, policies, procedures, and processes for establishing compliance oversight, responding to incidents of non-compliance. Experience with physical and cybersecurity measures for telecommunications and methods for auditing the implementation. Experience managing multiple projects of varying complexity or scope simultaneously. Ability to work across internal and external teams on initiatives focused on improving performance and quality, while ensuring compliance internally and externally.
