The TPM will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering programs while ensuring alignment with organizational goals, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.

Program & Project Management
• Drive end-to-end program execution from scoping and planning through delivery.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Maintain a quarterly roadmap of prioritized and scoped work.
• Identify program risks, dependencies, and issues and proactively develop mitigation plans.
