Position: Technical Project Coordinator

Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• Reports directly to the General Manager and works under the Technical Department
• Able to read, interpret, and understand technical drawings, plans, and specifications
• With a background in Architecture, Engineering, or any related technical course
• Acts as a project consultant, providing technical support and coordination for ongoing projects
• Coordinates closely with project sites to monitor progress, address concerns, and relay updates
• Prepares and types technical reports, project updates, and documentation
• Highly organized and detail-oriented; capable of managing multiple tasks and project requirements
• Works well with internal teams, contractors, and site personnel
