Technical Project Coordinator

Role Description

A Technical Project Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and tracking of technical projects. This role works closely with project managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. The Technical Project Coordinator facilitates communication, manages documentation, and tracks project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables
• Coordinate communication between technical teams, stakeholders, and management
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and technical specifications
• Help identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and escalate as needed
