to lead customer-facing implementations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful project delivery across LATAM.

• Review project scope, technical requirements, and timelines
• Lead implementation teams and manage change control

• Manage customer expectations and resolve conflicts
• Oversee solution implementation, testing, and handoff to support teams
