Technical Project Manager

We are looking for a Program Manager / Technical Project Manager with Telecom experience to lead customer-facing implementations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful project delivery across LATAM.

Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary client interface during implementations
Review project scope, technical requirements, and timelines
Lead implementation teams and manage change control
Track project progress, documentation, and billing triggers
Coordinate with Pre-Sales, Finance, Product, and Provisioning teams
Manage customer expectations and resolve conflicts
Oversee solution implementation, testing, and handoff to support teams
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent Telecom experience
Telecom experience required
1–3 years in a customer-facing or project-related role
