Role: Technical Project Manager (Front-end)

Location: Singapore

We are partnering with a leading telecom client to hire a Technical Project Manager (Front-end) in Singapore. This role has hands-on experience with agile project delivery in a DevOps or software engineering environment, preferably highly focused in front-end (Vue.js or Flutter) within modern native environments — with a solid understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, microservices, observability, and end-to-end delivery metrics.

Responsibilities

• Drive agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and maintain team rhythm and cadence.
• Manage backlog hygiene, ensuring stories are well-defined, estimated, and prioritized.
• Plan and execute phased delivery strategies, ensuring release readiness through Blue/Green deployments, canary releases, and feature flagging.
