Job Description

**What You’ll Do:**

+ Manage global team in the following competencies: Quality Management Systems (QMS), GPDD Project Management Office (PMO), and Product & Technology Development Processes- Provide direct reports leadership including performance management, career development, staffing and recruiting.
+ Develop technical competency and capability, including associate competency development, technology development and knowledge management. - Coordinate the knowledge areas in the scope of the Process Management Team. - Ensure support and resource deployment for all projects where the respective competency is required
