Technical project manager

Roles & Responsibilities
- Act as a Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, facilitating all Scrum ceremonies
- (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives).
- Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous
- improvement.
- Remove impediments and ensure smooth sprint execution and timely delivery.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners to manage backlog refinement and
- prioritization.
- Work effectively with development and testing teams to ensure quality-driven
- delivery.
- Track sprint progress using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, burnup, etc.).
- Promote best practices in CI/CD, automation testing, and Dev Ops where applicable.
- Facilitate cross-team dependencies and communication with stakeholders.
- Support Agile transformation initiatives and scaling frameworks (SAFe, Le SS, etc.), if
- applicable.
- Ensure adherence to Agile standards and organizational processes.
