Lead sprint planning, backlog hygiene, and release readiness across engineering teams.
Develop and maintain execution dashboards, tracking velocity and delivery health.
Enforce Jira process discipline and implement reporting automation.
Ensure consistent sprint execution and delivery alignment across Tech, QA, and Product.
Standardize Jira practices, sprint cadence, and release tracking across teams.
Drive cross-functional coordination to resolve execution dependencies and blockers.
Align delivery timelines with product and business roadmaps.
Act as a strategic partner to Engineering and Product leadership.
Maintain clear, proactive communication with all stakeholders.
Define and monitor engineering performance KPIs (e.g., PR cycle time, sprint velocity, blocker aging).
