Key Roles and Responsibilities of Position Lead the planning and tracking migrating Rally to Jira for the Enterprise Technology organization. Develop and maintain migration strategy, step-by-step processes, guides, and communications to ensure that the data is migrated accurately, securely, and efficiently. You will work with other members of the Migration team, business members, and customers of the project to assist with the migration. Coordinate, build, monitor, and maintain a repeatable migration process. Plan, implement, and monitor migration projects and activities. Identify and resolve migration issues and provide technical support for the migration process to ensure that it runs smoothly and efficiently. Conduct Office Hours, Forums, Awareness and Working sessions. Identify opportunities to improve migration processes and improve the efficiency of handling data.
