Technical Project Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects including LMS platforms, dashboards, web applications, and internal systems. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management (initiation to deployment).
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Develop detailed project plans, sprint plans, and roadmaps.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines.

Technical Coordination

• Work closely with Designer, Full Stack Developers, and QA analyst.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical tasks and user stories.
