The Role

We're looking for a PM who thinks like a developer. Someone who's already using Claude Code to draft Linear tickets, understands what a PR review involves, and can read a terminal without flinching.

You'll manage web projects end-to-end: scoping, planning, shipping, and keeping clients informed. You'll lead a development team of 5+ and need to speak their language fluently.

What You'll Do

• Lead and coordinate a development team of 5+ across multiple concurrent projects
• Manage everything in Linear—tickets, sprints, roadmaps
• Translate client requirements into clear technical specs
• Spot risks early and keep projects on track and profitable
• Coordinate daily with dev teams via Slack and async updates
