Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide servant leadership and mentorship to cross‑functional agile teams delivering technology solutions
• Identify and remove any impediments/distractions that interfere with the team’s ability to deliver against their commitments
• Strong stakeholder management and resource allocation capabilities
• Maintain the product roadmap aligned between Engineering and Product
• Raise, manage, and monitor risk mitigation plans
• Implement, generate, and govern project metrics and KPIs to track team performance, delivery velocity, and quality outcomes; continuously refine measurement frameworks to drive data‑driven improvements
• Challenge and enable the team to continuously improve through intentional Lean and data‑driven inspect and adapt cycles (retrospectives)
• Follow technical releases, escalating problems to the leadership and be constantly challenged to create world‑class solutions
